29" Super Trinitron® monitor
The PVM-2950Q has a large visible screen size of 27" appropriate for viewing from a distance. Additionally, the PVM-2950Q provides a high-contrast, well-focused, high-quality picture with a nearly flat screen. The anti-glare screen enhances viewing in lighted environments by refracting light at angles other than directly back at the viewer for better contrast, while the anti-static feature reduces the level of particles/dust from collecting on the face of the CRT.
Sharper image
The PVM-2950Q has a high resolution of 600 TV lines.
Worldwide signal acceptance
A totally versatile monitor, the PVM-2950Q accepts 5 color systems NTSC, PAL, SECAM, NTSC4.43, and PAL60.
Color temperature stability
Beam Current Feedback provides color temperature stability in PVM-2950Q.
4:3/16:9 Capability
Besides accepting signals with 4:3 aspect ratio, the PVM-2950Q can also accept signals with 16:9 aspect.
ID remote control function
By calling up a desired monitor index number using the "ID Mode" keys on the supplied remote controller (RM-854), users are able to remotely control a particular monitor without affecting any other monitors in the circuit.
Multiple source inputs
In addition to 2 lines of composite loop through, the PVM-2950Q has 2 Y/C loop through and one line of Y/R-Y/B-Y/analog RGB input (BNC) available for use with broadcast equipment. Sync on G/ external sync is automatically selected.
Color flexibility
Three selectable color temperatures of 9300K, 6500K, and 3200K allows the user to match the color temperature of the environment or enhance it.
Color adjustment
The Blue Only feature allows the user to set the hue (sub-carrier phase) and adjust for the color intensity (chroma saturation).
Durability
The cubic styling construction has been redesigned to be even stronger, reinforcing its applicability for stacking. (The bezel and the center cabinet are now in one piece which makes the monitor much more tolerant of shock.) The rectangular shape of the monitor allows it to be part of almost any display configuration required.
