Long Distance Transmission:
Maximum cable length is 1500m (4,921 ft). A teleprompter video channel can also be transmitted through the same cable.

Multiple Signal Outputs:

Two Inputs for Return Video:
Two Return Video inputs capable of accepting return video signals (VBS color) from two different systems. At the CA-TX7 camera adaptor, two channels of return video can be accepted.

Color Teleprompter Compatible:
Can be used with industry standard teleprompter systems. With reverse signal transmission from the CA-TX7 back to the CCU-TX7 using a teleprompter video channel in a triax cable, it is possible to transmit video signals other than those for the teleprompter from the CA to the CCU.

Flexible Intercom System Support:
Works with major intercom systems including Clearcom, RTS, two-wire and four-wire. Accepts two channel input from an external intercom systems.

RS-232C Port:
Can link multiple CCU-TX7 units for multiple camera control operation or connecting an external personal computer for remote control.

Coaxial Control Capability:
Controllable by using coaxial cable with power locally supplied to the camera instead of by the triax cable.
