The Super-Screen/Super-Mount system was introduced at Photokina in 1986. It remains the world's only modular quick change system, employing all the acoustical refinements that evolved since it began with custom units built for Cinemobile Systems in 1970 and moved on to be known with the original registered name 'Zeppelin' in 1975. The 'Super System' is stronger, lighter and smaller than other windscreen systems. The Super-Mount was known as the AR Anti-Rumble mount in 1975. It was, and remains the suspension mount of choice for production studio booms, being the only design to effectively overcome boom rumble.
